This hotel is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Free WiFi. Every room at the Country Cascades Waterpark Resort is equipped with a refrigerator a flat-screen cable TV and ironing facilities. A seasonal outdoor pool and water park are open to all guests of the Cascades. The front desk staff is happy to suggest local wineries and restaurants. Dollywood is 10 minutes' drive away while The Winery at the Old Mill is 4 minutes' drive. The Island in Pigeon Forge a shopping and entertainment center is 0.7 mi from the hotel. The Country Tower has reopened with new amenities like Beary Bears Galactic Galaxy ReFuel Candi's Candy Kitchen The Friendship Forest Activity Center and Outpost. Granny Cluckett's Breakfast Scoops Ice Cream and Nonnaroni's Pizza Shop are now open. In Late June other areas like Beary Bears Galactic Bowland a new version of the Snack Shack with an expanded menu will open. River Tower will open in late June with additional guest rooms a fresh guest laundry and a fitness center. Superb

Liked: It was decorated very cute for Halloween plus they had crafts and activities for the children
Disliked: It was UT versus Bama weekend and the Bama team was staying there but good thing we won go Vols!

Liked: The indoor waterpark was fun for the kids! They spent hours there daily, and it was a highlight of our trip!
Disliked: Some of the employees were consistently irritable with the kids and other employees. The waterpark did not seem to be an enjoyable place to work because of the employee dynamics.

Liked: We loved everything, the room was wonderful, very clean, and plenty of towels provided for the stay. Also thr shampoo and conditioner provided smelled nice and seemed like good quality, we really didn't need to use our own. The hot tub could have bern a little warmer and the indoor pool, but there slides were awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!
Disliked: No complai ts, we loved everything
