Disliked: Lots of workers in the accommodation

It was tidy and clean....

Liked: Close to amenities
Disliked: Strange that there was no side tables and phone in the room. We weren’t given the Free Wifi code and the information book advised on Dialing 9 but we weren’t able to as there was no phone in our roo #47. After texting them they responded quickly however lacking in service as per there information book.

Stay was very ordinary but...

Liked: Location was good!
Disliked: Hotel is very rundown since we last stayed in 2006. Very little upkeep.

Poor

Disliked: Poor condition of room, noise from the road outside and poor soundproofing of room.

Road trip Stopover.

Liked: Location is great for a one night stopover as it is on the Pacific hwy next to the Big Banana. The staff are lovely and they have a restaurant on the premises. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable.
Disliked: The trucks use their brakes all hours of the night.

Clean and good value but...

Liked: Clean, value for money, friendly staff and late check in.
Disliked: The road noise from trucks on the highway.

Pleasant

Simple fixes !

Liked: The location is great. The space in the room and the bathroom was good and the cleanliness was great.
Disliked: Just an overnight stay. No block out curtains to the room, people could see into the room as they walked by & as soon as the sun was up we were too, the mattress was sub standard no lumber support. The pool has no depth sign displayed.
