Exceptional

Rather disappointed after a great...

Liked: First impression the sweeping drive to a lovely building as you enter the grounds
Disliked: Our room overlooked the bins and car park - bulbs did not work in lamps, so rather dark. Both mirrors in the main bedroom and bathroom were damaged therefore not really helpful when getting ready for a wedding. The shower head was rather ancient and the mould around the bath was not really acceptable but as we were luckily only sleeping after our wedding so didn't get into the room til midnightish so let it go.

Disliked: This hotel is within the ULEZ zoneThe room was lively but coldWe where on the 3rd floor and had a continuous humming noise all night which actually made the doors rattle. I emailed the general manager and no one has bothered to reply to my questions

Pleasant and clean but a...

Liked: Hotel is a good basic hotel. Breakfast buffet was OK. Bit difficult to get juice out of the juice dispensers. Staff were super friendly.
Disliked: Rooms are old and not remodeled. Multiple items not working like the radiator, so a replacement electric radiator was provided.

EXCELLENT

Liked: Everything about it. We came for a look around about a month ago and left without being that impressed but now that we have stayed there, i dont know what we were thinking, as it was really lovely and would have no hesitation in booking again. All the staff were lovely as well.
