Feeling awful because been double...

Liked: It was double booking by an error but Cotton didn’t refund the double booking to my and booking.com. Which was really shame.
Disliked: Double booking charge

Liked: staff very friendly. beautiful bright reception area and bar. beds comfortable.
Disliked: the glass wall of the bathroom.

Disappointed, overpriced, definitely not value...

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Not value for money, paid £168 for a standard double room only, no breakfast or use of the spa facilities included

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms...

Liked: Room was really nice. Good menu choices for dinner and breakfast.
Disliked: There was nothing I disliked during this stay.

A pleasant stay.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful honestly they were the best part of the hotel. The spa facilities were nice.And the food in the restaurant was good
Disliked: The hotel could do with a renovation some of it looks old and tired

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Excellent location for Tatton Park. Good bedrooms and restaurant, staff very helpful.
Disliked: We didn’t realise that milk for bedroom was in the corridor. Food was expensive but very nice.
