It was an average stay...

Liked: Loved the courtyard.
Disliked: We were offered a complimentary water or beer but never received one. The room was not that clean. The coffee maker and coffee tray were dusty and you had to pay for bottled water to make coffee. Breakfast was not included like it is with many other hotels. Other hotels have complimentary water and snacks in the rooms or in the lobby. Freshly made cookies at the desk would be nice. The s’more makings weren’t available when we went in the lobby. The hash browns at breakfast were mushy.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Loved the outdoor area.
Disliked: When I arrived and looked in the little refrigerator, one of the small liquor bottles had a loose lid and was empty. I took it to the front desk and they did not charge me which was good. I never got hot water to shower….just lukewarm. If you are sleeping on one side of the bed, you cannot reach the bed lamp switch without getting out of bed….the switch is on the wrong side of the head lamp on one side of the bed. The back street entrances to the property were difficult to open… once you scanned your key card and it turned green, it was difficult to push open. Parking was difficult, and we could not determine if we could park in the parking lot behind the hotel……and no one told us parking options when we checked in.
