Great location.

Liked: Absolute waterfront and spectacular view over Indian Ocean.
Disliked: Very noisy , particularly weekend nights.

Glimpse of the past.

Liked: An excellent glimpse of past glories at the Art Deco hotel on Cottesloe beach. The building is from the 1920s but the bedrooms are modern and well presented. The bar carries on the Art Deco theme and was lively during our visit.
Disliked: A little functional decoration in some places, with some attention it might become a little gem.

Over priced but then again...

Liked: Location of the property is ideal with beach literally 50 meters across the road.
Disliked: Incredibly noisy room being located above a very loud bar which tends to be going until 11ish.

Liked: The view was the best thing and the balcony was nice
Disliked: The Service. that say complimentary coffee and tea but the bar only opens at 11am. We stayed for 2 nights the first morning; there was no milk for the coffee. They gave long life milk after asking for it. They did not replace the shampoo and bodywash we used the tiny bottle that gave us and the next day we used our own shampoo andy body wash lucky we took some.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff, Manager had excellent people skills.
Disliked: Would have preferred a front room with a balcony and a view of the ocean.Parking wasn't the best. Got a $100 parking fine out the front of the hotel. Though I was warned prior.

Liked: Great location across from the beach and the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: The room was a bit small and they were doing some construction across the road overlooking the room.
