Good
Liked: Breakfast was very plentiful and good. The fireside S'mores is a nice touch!
Disliked: Dry rot noticed on some areas. The entire place could use a "facelift". Good value for the price paid.

Disliked: The group in the other side of the cottage that came in at 1:30am and were arguing, slamming doors,and standing on the porch being very very loud until 3am!

Close to the Redwoods
Liked: The cottages were well located close to the Redwoods and to the town of Guerneville. The cottages were quite well appointed.
Disliked: The breakfast was pretty basic and there was quite a bit of noise from the road next door.

Very nice stay on a...
Liked: Cute property and friendly staff. I was in room number 5, it was nice and comfortable. The continental breakfast was adequate with various options and delicious little breakfast sandwiches. Although I didn’t bring my pet this trip the place was very pet friendly. I didn’t get to experience it due to it rained my whole trip, but they light a fire pit and have s’mores available around 7pm each night. I may return in the summer just to experience that.
Disliked: The toasting equipment didn’t get my bagel or English muffin toasty enough no matter how times I ran it through the machine. I like my bagel crunchy and brown. The sink in room 5 took a long time to drain. I shared that with the staff and they were going to check it out right away. I told them they didn’t have to worry about it until after I checked out. I could deal with a little slow drain.
