Liked: Location was beautiful, room comfortable, breakfast delicious
Disliked: Exterior a little tired, lack of lounge area was disappointing as had to spend the evening in another hotel lounge as didn't want to go to bedroom too early.

Great hotel, with lovely history...

Liked: View fantastic, main meal great and breakfast also great. The room was okay, a tiny bit dated, but nothing too bad. The location and grounds were great. Parking great. Tidy place.
Disliked: Bedroom was a little dated, that is all. Stayed in Beech Cottage.

Liked: Very comfortable room, Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location except was fogged in when we were there.
Disliked: Peculiar policy of charging different rates for different days of the week. We might have stayed longer but the rates went up the next day, Wierd!
