Liked: The cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in and we were worries an old building would be cold but it was perfect!Check was easy with clear instructions on coming back late and lady was very helpful with our questions.

Liked: Good location, close to Pitville Park and town centre. Breakfast contained quality ingredients, well presented and provided to order.Clean, modern room with quality bedding.Good bathroom facilities.Attentive and helpful staff.
Disliked: TV Remote had damaged battery cover, and didn't seem to operate very well.

Liked: Very clean, spacious communal areas and freshly prepared breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The downstairs rooms are quite dark with a window looking straight into the public seating area in the garden.

Liked: The staff were really nice, we turned up a day early and they managed to find us a room, a very nice room, despite being very busy. The room they gave was an upgrade to the one I booked but still charged us the price they quoted. Astounded by their service, and it would have been easy for them to charge more.
Disliked: There’s nothing to dislike about the staff, the accommodation nor the location

Liked: The property was in a perfect location for us with on site parking. Maybe a little tired inside but 10/10 for the staff
