Liked: A really comfortable night in a lovely room followed by an excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was as expected. We will book again in the future.

Liked: The hotel was beautiful and the staff very polite and friendly. The breakfast was great too. The bedroom was very comfortable and it was spotless.
Disliked: Parking is quite limited and narrow spots. Still managed to park for the night.

Liked: Clean, comfortable room; great location for visiting Great Malvern; very friendly and helpful owners and staff; pretty gardens; good breakfasts.
Disliked: Wall between our room and the next one was a little thin - there was a serial snorer next door!

Lovely hotel - with excellent...

Liked: Location of the hotel was great for town centre and nearby hills.The restaurant was excellent - highly recommended.Breakfast was very good.Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not so keen on the electric shower in our ensuite - the water flow rate was pretty poor.Our bathroom bin hadn't been emptied after the previous occupants.
