Hotel Description
Costislost is a luxury B&B with a focus on relaxation. It features a spacious dining room and lounge overlooking the garden and the surrounding woodland and fields. All rooms have free WiFi and there is free on-site parking. Each room is individually designed and the King rooms feature a super king-size bed high ceilings and original artwork. All rooms a flat-screen TV Egyptian cotton bed linen tea/coffee making facilities including Nespresso machine and a large bathroom with free White Company toiletries. A variety of cooked breakfasts prepared with local produce is served daily. The property uses local suppliers as much as possible and features bread baked on-site. The local countryside is ideal for scenic walks and cycling with the River Camel and the Camel Trail close by. A number of beaches and the beautiful Camel Estuary are within a 15-minute drive and the Eden Project or Padstow can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.

A wonderful stay

Liked: Wonderful property, lovely people - very welcoming. Everything provided that we could possibly need. Will definitely visit again as close to everywhere we wanted to go. Marvellous.

Very good

Liked: The warm welcome, lovely service at breakfast, cosy room and charming quaintness.
Disliked: Very hard to find. The only signage was a small plaque at the gate which was obscured by a bend in the road.The house needed to have the name on it as I wasn't sure I had the right place.Signs on the road would help enormously.

A welcome surprise with an...

Liked: Now, this was a surprise. A sizeable old-worldly estate home in a rural setting. Loved the antique feel to the lounge/library as well as the extensive timber panelling throughout. Being the only guests, we had the run of the house. This home has not had an extensive make-over and, in many ways, is all the better for it. The maintenance requirements must be very demanding and costly. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Added bonus of a complementary guided tour of the 'Pencarrow' stately home and access to the gardens was very much appreciated.
Disliked: The inclement weather made it difficult to appreciate the surroundings.

Great weekend in great location

Liked: The house was very old and loads of characters.In a great location camel trail near by ,pencarrow house just up the road .Port Issac easily distance away.
Disliked: No negatives

Lovely Country B&B

Liked: Lovely hosts we really felt looked after. We had the place to ourselves with a lovely roaring log fire. Bedrooms are superb. Lots of choice at breakfast

Stay at Costilost

Liked: Comfortable bed, good shower facilities, large room. Toiletries and bed linen good quality. Misha the host friendly and helpful. Lovely views. Good base for seeing Cornwall. Good breakfast
Disliked: Limited channels as no Internet access for TV
