I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: Great location but don’t expect it to be very clean or nice.
Disliked: Lots of stains on carpet and furniture.

Liked: New! They recently remodeled and the room was better than some big name hotels
Disliked: There was no basic utensils in the room/ curtains a little short . Does not block light 100% during day light

Liked: The outside facility left me with pause as to what to expect. The room was newly upgraded, immaculate, plenty of towels, exceeded my expectations for the money.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I really liked how the person at the front desk really helped me and went out of his way to accommodate me when there was no parking available in the lot. That was awesome service.
Disliked: That there was construction and no parking spots available.
