I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Light sleepers beware of engine...

Liked: My rating entirely has to do with the weird throbbing sound of the engine or generator that pulsesIn the back corner (we were in room 215) of the motel. The sound goes up and down but reverberates through the bed and pillow. I couldn’t sleep. Light sleepers beware! Of less importance, the tv was nonfunctional.

Liked: The staff is rude and just because I was towing a U-Haul trailer I was told that I wasn’t allowed to stay on property and the front desk boy took down my license plate to give to the cops because I wanted a refund due to I wasn’t allowed to check into my room because of my U-Haul. No where on there site does it say that they refuse service if towing a U-Haul trailer and my trailer was the small one 5’x8’. We were not even allowed to sit there while we found another hotel because again we were threaten with cops. Very very disrespectful staff and my husband asked for a manager and the kid refused. I wouldn’t give this establishment a single ounce of business. Highly unprofessional staff.

Liked: It was a decent room for the location and price, although I didn't realize I was paying for a kitchen. Definitely did not need that
Disliked: Blanket was very thin, other than stripping the other bed there were no other blankets available.

Liked: They are renovating and I stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It was so spacious, very clean, it had all the accommodations I needed and the staff was super friendly. Beds comfortable, touch screen vanity mirrors .separate vanity. Great showers. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. When they are finished with all renovations this place will be amazing .
