I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: The gentleman at the front desk was professional & courteous. Tried to accommodate
Disliked: The rooms were dingy, out dated, stale, musty. The carpet was uneven. The pool was empty. To add insult to injury they billed a night stay for 9/21-9/21 which is not even a stay

Had to pay for 2...

Liked: They said I did not have a reservation and booked me when I called the day before, when I got there they had 2 reservation my booking.com and the other one. They would not cancel. I ended up paying for two rooms. Not happy at all.
Disliked: They lied and cheated me by denying I had reservation when I called from the road to confirm arrival time. They insisted I book and pay for room to have one available when I got there. At the desk they had 2 reservations and would not let me cancel. I paid for two rooms.

Disliked: Someone tried to open my door

I wouldn’t not come back...

Liked: The room and beds were comfortable
Disliked: A man walked into the room when my wife was alone and she had the door locked. When I went to ask staff they said she must have not locked it right and it was probably an accident. These doors automatically lock as well when you close the door so I have no idea how this man was able to get in. They didn’t even check who it was they brushed it off.

Disliked: The employees were so confused and acted like they didn’t know anything, the pool was empty we were unable to use it, the room wasn’t very clean it had stains on the floor and bugs in the shower, and homeless people in the parking lot I would never stay here again.

Disliked: The door jam was poorly repaired from someone apparently kicking the door in. Not a good thing to see.
