I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: Great landscaping that made the property feel more like a quiet tropical oasis than a hotel on a busy street.

Bad

Liked: The staff threatened to cancel my 2 day stay because I asked what the extra 100$ deposit was for. The guy said for incidentals. I asked what those were considered. He became hostile and condescending. I drove 4.5 hrs for that treatment. Then told me, I could just look at the motel rules behind him. But there there no rules. Just a link to their website. The guy was an older, fat, guy. Thick accent and poor attitude.
Disliked: I didn't like being threatened after a 4.5 hrs drive, I didn't like not having my questions answered about incidentals, and I did the like the room. It was noisy from construction at the motel. This is my 2nd time there. Horrible this time. I will never go back.
