I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: The exterior of the motel is not very inviting, and construction seems in progress. However, the room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. This was our second stay. The price and room were great. We will definitely return.

Disappointing

Liked: Did know about the breakfast. Wast told to me during check in. Best thing was the price and location
Disliked: Room was dated. Bathroom was dirty, carpet had cigarette burns and the ac had a weird smell.

Disliked: I called in advance to see if there was gonna be a security deposit, and I was told there wasn't. And yet, when I went to check in, I got charged a $100 security deposit. Just be upfront about it.

Noisy Neighbours

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Noisy guest next to us one night playing loud music at 11pm and shouting racial abuse to the staff and threatening to kill them when asked to be quiet. The guy was so loud, volatile and aggressive that we barricaded ourselves in the room and called the cops. It took 4 hours for the noise to finally fall silent.

After a couple Poot experiences...

Liked: Sunny, large room, table w/ 2 comfortable chairs along with comfortable recliner was greatFront desk and housekeeping good
Disliked: WiFi was often not working and when it did it was barely usable *Major problem-hot tub is a hole in the ground, pool empty *not necessary for me-undergoing a remodel, noisy but not awful
