Fair stay, hotel renovating, noise

Liked: Large spacious room. Close to boardwalk.
Disliked: No dresser drawers to put clothing in, only one small drawer under microwave. Thin walls could hear guests talking, and snoring. Hotel renovating, upper floors 4th-6th not available. Noise throughout both inside and outside hotel. Breakfast was less than desired. TV signal regularly going in and out.

I'll never come back

Liked: Arrived one hour before check in told could not check in not an issue . We asked to use the bathroom told no the young lady on duty told us to check with holiday inn express across the street. She was rude and very nasty personality
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible along with all the construction and noise.Hotel should be closed for lack of customer service and how to deal with the public .

Liked: Great location, price for a king size bed. Pretty room.
Disliked: Virginia Beach has some seedy characters! We were right by the Marriot and Holiday Inn Express, too. There was a homeless guy who walked around the boardwalk carrying a big bowie knife. He slept nearby.The walls on our room were thin and we had some noisy kids next door.

Liked: Very clean and spacious room. Fantastic decoration. the TV was on spot.
Disliked: Staff seems struggling with demands. some of them barely speak english. At breakfast time all the chairs upside down no preparation for guests at the morning. a lot of noise regarding repairs in parking. poor lights, Inside room is dark despites all the lights on.

Relaxing and quiet.
