Very disappointing.

Liked: Location is good, very central, close to two tube stations.
Disliked: I didn't like finding used tissues left by previous guests in the room.

Poor

Liked: Location was good. The breakfast staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room was tiny, bed was tiny and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny.The bar closed at 11pm even for residents and the alleged night porter was rude. Breakfast finished at 9:30 on a Sunday which is very early.

Disliked: Mist thi gs. I called ahead as registered disabled and had to yse 5 stairs to get toy room

Was good for a week...

Liked: The location and the staffs were so good and charming
Disliked: The rooms sizes and the bathrooms are an old design with bad facilities

Disliked: room was smaller than expected, tiny bathroom.make sure you upgrade your stay
