Good value short term stay

Liked: Not too far from highway, clean and comfortable. There were 2 comfortable chairs in the room
Disliked: it was somewhat small and some things were older but we were only staying one night so was fine. The fridge, microwave bed and lamps wear new.

Disliked: Old school motel with poor maintenance/repairs. Really old school. Worlds smallest bathroom and very poor water pressure. Room floor was slanted and wobbly underfoot.

Would stay there again if...

Liked: Friendly owners, spacious parking lot, no one bothered us.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is the rooms have a funky smell to them and the bed were a bit firm but over all not a bad place at all.
