Great stay for a second...

Liked: The hotel Team is very friendly and professional, making a great atmosphere of staying. Breakfast is perfect, large choice of courses, prompt serving...The mineral water in the room delivered on daily basis is appreciated indeed.Room is quiet and spacious.Location is in centrum of old town, very convenient to reach the places of interest.

Great Location and Staff eager...

Liked: Great Location and staff were great. They recommended some local restaurants nearby and they didn’t disappoint. Walking distance to nearby attractions.
Disliked: Not sure if the main building rooms were the same layout. But, didn’t like the layout of our room in the annex building. The bed for me was rock hard. The AC didn’t work well.

Great location

Liked: The location was excellent and central to Munich. We were 5 minutes away from the main Christmas markets. The gym was well looked after. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The air con didn't really work. It was too hot in the room.

Great stay is beautiful Munich...

Liked: Great location and hotel is beautifully decorated and maintained
Disliked: Staff were great at check-in and made my room available early…but on check out they were kind of disinterested-watched me drag my luggage into the lobby from the Annexe

excellent location, super friendly staff

Liked: Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers the perfect location with restaurants, bakeries, fast-food chains, a metro station, and shopping streets all within a 5-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are clean. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and consistently eager to assist guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay.
Disliked: With exterior temperatures ranging from 0 to 2 degrees, I felt a slight chill coming from the windows, even though they were fully closed. The isolation against outdoor temperatures could be improved for better comfort.
