Liked: This is an excellent hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city.Rooms are modern and comfortable, staff friendly and professional.I strongly recommend staying at this hotel!

Very good

Liked: Good location with restaurants, cafes, pubs and supermarket within a short walking distance. Not far from Marienplatz metro station.It is not noisy at night and you can enjoy a peaceful rest.The staffs are amazing and helpful!
Disliked: The pillows need to be changed, way too soft and it doesn't provide any support to the neck at all.

Superb

Liked: Right in the city centre, next to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Walking distance to everywhere.I chose the hotel also because of the gym, and the gym was just excellent: small (as hotel gyms always are) but so well equipped!
Disliked: Hotel breakfast a bit expensive but you have so many really nice breakfast cafes next to the hotel that it is not a problem at all. And who wants the same breakfast every morning anyway?

Liked: from car arrival with smiles and exceptional front desk service (particularly by Melina who happily went beyond expectations with her recommendations) to the outstanding breakfast buffet showcasing 5-star dishes, everything was excellent and we would unquestionably return - particularly around Christmas as the major Christmas Market begins practically around the corner

Liked: Very chic and in a brilliant location.
Disliked: My only criticism is being allocated a beautiful room with an adjoining door so we were able to hear our neighbours every move!

Fab boutique hotel in great...

Liked: Fabulous boutique hotel in great location. Staff were faultless, room was divine upstairs in a loft with balcony. Very cool vibe. Breakfast was first rate too ! Sadly I can’t get a room on my return. Highly recommend it for solo female too !

Great location. Friendly and helpful...

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Not your standard offering. Big effort was put into novel selection, high quality and appealing presentation. Excellent coffee and the staff could not have been better.
Disliked: Would be good to have a selection of pillow types
