Lovely place

Liked: Really lovely clean place. Friendly welcoming staff.. Location fab. Bus stop 2mins away. Shops, Bank close by. Had the best sleep ever. The bed is soo comfortable. Room perfect. Would go back for a stay 100%

Makeshift room and ensuite bathroom.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and it was easy to reach from the airport and to get into the old town.
Disliked: The whole place felt somewhat makeshift and we felt the property had likely been used for a very different purpose previously with few changes made since. The bathroom was particularly poor.

Disliked: One of the best hospitality in Edinburgh! So accommodating; they let us stay after checkout as our bus was late night and it was blowing a gale outside! Would recommend it one hundred percent!

Liked: Good location and the building itself has a huge potential
Disliked: There are issues with cleanliness, including dirty carpets and floors, mold in the room and bathroom (twin room under the rooftop), and a high level of humidity in the room, resulting in practically damp bed linen.
