Disliked: Room was freezing cold all night!! My kids had to stay with family as I couldn't have them sleep in the room!! People up above were banging and jumping around from 4am so had an very little sleep! Beds not comfortable!! Tried to report issues to staff and no one was around anywhere! Just terrible

Cosy spacious room

Liked: The room was cosy, really warm and very spacious. It felt like home from home.The vegan breakfast was lovely, we had everything we needed.Access with transport to the city centre was excellent. Great area on the whole with plenty of shops nearby.

Disliked: The hotel smells. The whole place looks run down, needs painted.Front door key also opens your bedroom door which means it must open all other bedroom doors.They wanted the security code of my credit card!
