Great stay with minor inconveniences

Liked: The breakfast included many options. The location is great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick.
Disliked: We weren't able to cool down the room fast enough at night. Even though we put the thermostat on 18 degrees, the temperature stayed above 20 the entire night. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was wobbly.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: Great hotel in the middle of the centre of Turnhout. Spacious modern rooms, comfy beds. Friendly en helpfull staff. Good rates for what you get.Shops and restaurants next door, plenty choice.
Disliked: Parking space not included. Also a bit walk from the hotel, not an issue, but in winter a bit struggling with the suitcases.
