Tewkesbury branch visit

Liked: Bar restaurant, food, drink all excellent and the service was fantastic, breakfast was lovely and the room and bathroom all a great size, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower was a bit weak but other than that id struggle to find a better place to stay for the money.

Liked: Lovely hotel, still managed with old-style top service. Excellent food. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Dog friendly.

Exceptional

Liked: We were away for Christmas and it felt as close to being at home as is possible. Wonderfully welcoming staff- headed by Baba the owner, exceptional food and relaxing but efficient atmosphere.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The food was fabulous, with a lovely menu to choose from. The hotel was beautiful and was quiet and well looked after. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were stunning - it was perfect for a quiet stay.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like!

Liked: excellent dinners but limited choice. Great breakfasts nicely served.Attractive grounds around the hotel. It was good to have a comfortable bed and a small fridge in our large bedroom.
Disliked: The maintenance of the building leaves quite a lot to be desired.There was nothing with which to wedge the sash windows open. apart from the good bed, generally poor quality furniture and an overall feeling of fading elegance.
