Disliked: 1. Cost compared to similar property in Belfast was higher than would be expected for quality of service.2. Staff were unhelpful when food was sought. Was advised that room service was available and then told to collect it in 30 mins but rudely questioned by the staff member when we came back as it was ready earlier than 30 minutes.

Enjoyable but the heating put...

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The bar area was very nice and there were seats away from the busy area that you could relax in.
Disliked: The heating in the rooms was not working correctly. It came on for an hour or so in mid evening but for the rest of the time the room was cold.

Nice friendly hotel

Liked: FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE, NICE DINING AREA
Disliked: No real workstation in the room
