Perfectly acceptable for the price...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of onsite parking.
Disliked: Decor and furnishings are dated and could benefit from an upgrade. Breakfast was adequate but uninspiring.

For the cost of a...

Liked: The room was fine. Bed side light was not working correctly and significant flickering. The 'over-the-bath' shower was adequate for what was expected. No toiletries in room except for shower gel. Provided biscuits with coffee tasted stale, unfortunately.

I enjoyed my short stay...

Liked: Situation and comfort and the food
Disliked: Broken hot tap room 504 /shower unit outdated Bar steward was a bit abrupt with another customer as they had no schepps tonic but they had in the adjoining bar when confronted The manager appeared and sorted problem out Too much attention was given to the birthday party in the adjoining bar who was a member of council had his chain on
