Great stay

Liked: the room was great price even better
Disliked: The picture of the pool on the website was not the pool that was there. was surrounded by a huge baby gate. I was very disappointed

Disliked: We had a booking for one night. We arrived late at around 10PM , but our room was not available. Apparently the property was overbooked. When my family went there, they said they had no rooms available. At 11 PM in the night after much pleading the hotel staff booked another place for us and canceled this reservation. But after a day at a funeral arriving at your booked hotel to be told you have no room was very very bad. Why did the reservation go through and get a confirmation but how did it get overbooked? The staff sent an apology but someone should check how this happened.
