Liked: Location is good, didn’t get around to trying the restaurant which has a very high rating. The hotel itself is a bit run down though. I don’t think that major maintenance has been done since the 1980s or something like that. It’s not filthy, so that’s OK. But it’s sparse.

Liked: Location was perfect. Bus stop was just right outside the hotel. Straight bus to Utrecht center. Nice and warm staff. They were quite helpful and flexible. I love the bathroom too. That's my favourite part of the room
Disliked: The lighting in the room could be better. I like a very bright room

Decent stay and great place...
Liked: Room was good enough for 2 people. But we did get smells of cigarettes from the bathroom. It's 30 minutes from Utretch Centraal station by bus. Lots of eateries and grocery store right across the building. Very well placed
Disliked: You can hear noise, thumping easily. Smell from the bathroom of cigarettes.

Liked: The lady who organised breakfast was helpful and the breakfast was okay. The location was very good.
Disliked: The stairs were steep and narrow, I think a bit dangerous and there is no lift. The place is rather tired.

Disliked: Overpriced for the quality provided—poor value for money.•Persistent FOWL odor from the bathroom; staff’s solution of air fresheners didn’t resolve the issue.•Cleanliness needs improvement; visible buildup and stains •Floors are creaky and outdated.•TV turns on randomly, requiring it to be unplugged to avoid disruptions.•Insufficient towels provided; no shower mat towel, only one hand towel, and 2 bath towels.•Lumpy, uncomfortable bed that feels cheaply made.•Steep stairs, challenging for anyone with mobility issues, especially concerning after a recent injury.•Overall stale, unpleasant smell in the hotel.
