Conveniently located by foot to...

Liked: Very conveniently located to the heart of Queenstown but still peaceful; a few minutes' walk to downtown and across the road from the lovely public gardens.Deluxe twin was a basic room but spacious and clean (including the bathroom which also had a heated floor; nice touch) and we stayed in this same room on two separate nights within the week. Small useable balcony was also lovely to have. Handy to be able to leave luggage for later pickup.Dislikes: more about our neighbouring room guests than the accommodation perhaps, but better sound-proofing may lessen disturbance when they decide to clomp around and use hairdryers etc at a time when most people are turning in for the night.

Liked: We stayed in the room in March. Large, clean, spacious room with kitchenette. The furniture is a bit outdated but definitely good. Paid laundry room in the basement, very convenient. Walking distance to the city center. Recommended place.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to city centre. Beautiful morning view from balcony. Comfortable bed. Easy check-in, check-out. Room included a press pot for coffee, which we appreciated.
Disliked: No lift, so be prepared to walk upstairs (with luggage).

Great value for money stay...

Liked: Walking distance to central Queenstown and the lakefront. The room was very spacious with lovely outlook. A modern tile bathroom. Lots of room to unpack and repack my gear.
