Good while it lasted. Bittersweet...

Liked: I like how communication is the main focus of this place and how private it feels when u wanna just take a quick staycation.
Disliked: How oblivious I get when Im relaxing and getting some rest.

Basic property with everything you...

Liked: Great location, very walkable and easy to find. We paid an extra fee for a parking spot but were able to park our car right next to our room. It was a very basic room but had everything we needed, no frills. We did not use the bikes or pool but appreciate that they were there and available if needed. Basic kitchen and kitchenware was great as we were helping prep some food for a family function the next day. We were exhausted and thankfully slept very well in the comfy beds.
Disliked: Would suggest the property install blinds or curtains in bathroom/kitchen as the light in the morning or even when someone turned on the light in the alley in the middle of the night shined directly onto the bed. The closet(s) also could use a few more hangers in them, I think we had 5 total for the 2 closets.

Economical place for Coronado

Liked: Room was good, big enough, TV was wall mounted and working. There was a small keurig and a refrigerator.It's located on Orange AVE in Coronado (the main street), so, it's very noisy with traffic. It is is walking distance to so much, and that was perfect. It's also dog friendly, although the dogs were not on this trip but good to know.
Disliked: The hot water didn't work, at all, all 3 days. So, unless you like cold showers, there was none. You could get warm water from the sink, so, I made due. They made some adjustment to the bill at check out for the lack of warm/hot water. I would have liked a microwave in the room.

Liked: In general the place is very good, its location is unbeatable, its staff is very friendly.
Disliked: I have been there twice, once at the beginning of the year and now in December and on both occasions there have been problems with the TV service but more importantly with the internet, it simply does not work.

Very disappointing

Liked: Location is great, bed comfortable.
Disliked: Arrived at 5 pm and no parking.Mold and peeling paint and very slow drain in the shower.No internet (wasn’t working) and tv not working Did not come make up the room…when I inquired at around 4 pm front desk said it’s only upon request. Was not told that when we checked in…then was handed clean towels.
