Convenient location

Liked: Close to Showgrounds and Cornwall Park and motorway and surprisingly quiet. Very pleasant staff.
Disliked: No oven no cooktop and no outdoor seating area.

Welcoming, Clean, Comfortable, Quiet, 11...

Liked: We were greeted in a friendly manner, we felt right at home. Room was spacious, super clean and tidy, comfortable beds.So quiet at night, all staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'd give it 11 out of ten...it was so good. Thank you .Danny and Gillian

The only place to stay...

Liked: Lovely welcome, excellent shower and bed. Breakfast fab and delivered to your door. Very spacious room. Really clean. Excellent air conditioning.Opposite the entrance to Cornwall Park for a fab walk around Campbell monument. Nice cafe too. Easy parking.Help yourself to washing and drying clothes facility.
Disliked: All excellent

Superb

Liked: Perfect location for Asb showgrounds. Spacious two bedroom. Lovely shower.
Disliked: Beds were a little too soft for my personal liking, but still good.

Superb

Liked: The staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond for my partner and I. The motel in real life was better then the pictures which usually isn’t the case. Good location for events at Eden Park.
Disliked: That the rooms have no balcony’s.
