Great inexpensive place to stay...

Liked: Stayed 2 nights. Professionally run, as in they were always there for guests and did their best to resolve any issues. I had a reasonably priced very good evening meal and Great veggie breakfast including fruit, fried bread, toast, beans, egg, mushroom, tomato etc. Good value for money. Provided a mini bus at all times, ferried me to airport and back. Liked the fact it didn’t break the bank!!! 10 mins or so walk from Horley station.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel was very convenient for an over night stay near Gatwick Airport. They offer an airport pickup and drop off (cheaper than Uber, I compared the prices). Excellent English breakfast. Very courteous staff. Room was very clean. Nice pub within walking distance which was great since we didn't have a car. We also walked to Tesco express (15 minutes)
Disliked: No complaints!

Just what I needed for...

Liked: Staff were excellent; super welcoming and accommodating! Great location right near Gatwick and a very efficient shuttle service. The meal I had in the bar was delicious. Room was small but had everything I needed for an overnight stay.
Disliked: There's no lift, so if you're in an upstairs room with heavy luggage then you may struggle!

Liked: It was perfect for overnight stay in London on our way to our holiday. Living in Spain we use 2 pin plugs and they lent me a 3 pin charger for my phone. Very good meal in their restaurant with fresh vegetables.

Good for pre flight overnight...

Liked: Does what it says on the to. VFM 10 mins from Gatwick.
Disliked: Stayed two years ago. Complained about only one pillow per person on the bed. “Yeah lots of people complain about that”Two years later, only one pillow on the bed

Great place to stay near...

Liked: Great comfortable and warm room. Good breakfast and able to book an airport transfer.
Disliked: A few signs of wear and tear - bathroom door hard to close and scuffs on walls.
