Disliked: The breakfast was underwhelming. It is in a great venue but the options are lacking and they didn't even have bowls for the cereal :(

Liked: The staff was super friendly and very nice. The welcome message they sent with suggestions on how to get there saved me a lot of money by using BART (which I highly recommend)
Disliked: There was a problem with WiFi for 2 days with lousy signal and sometimes no internet at all, the staff did mention it was temporary and by the third day this was solved (and I know it’s not their fault) however, coming from another country sometimes all you have available is WiFi to check maps, etc. So I did suffer a bit there, then again, like I mentioned they said it was temporary and was eventually fixed

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Hi … sadly we did not enjoy our stay … the WIFI did not work the entire time we were there and coming from Australia this was one of the most important needs for us, it allows us to contact our family back home and communicate with everyone. We were unable to use our Netflix or any steaming service, and the TV channels were very limited it was terrible. No air conditioner made for a hot, uncomfortable sweaty sleep - we tried to spend as little time in the room as possible during the day, it was too uncomfortable. The communal fridge downstairs was appalling - full of food and stuff and there was no way I was going to put anything in there. The one day we did go downstairs for breakfast it was far from appetising - a bit of scrambled eggs was left, dried bacon which we wouldn’t eat at anytime - no bread for toast …. Paper plates and plastic cutlery - unacceptable ….. not environmentally acceptable and not acceptable at a hotel. The one day we asked for assistance with a booking on the big bus we encountered an employee who was Asian/American who was not overly helpful and just sat at the desk sniffing loudly - yuk. I received a watsapp link to book in for a free wine and welcome - when I clicked on the link it took me to your restaurant website that advised it was closed down - end of story … need I say more?We couldn’t wait to leave - we booked here when I read previous reviews - I’m now convinced whoever reviewed the hotel was a backpacker. This is not a 3-4 star hotel it is at best a 3 star backpackers with your own bathroom and communal fridge and kitchen facilities.

My friends and I loved...

Liked: The breakfast was more than I expected—scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, cereals. And the restaurant is so beautifully decorated, as are each of the floors and the entrance. All in all a little gem of a hotel!

Enough for a short stay.

Liked: The location is very good, but the room is quite small for three people. The breakfast is quite limited but good.
Disliked: The triple room is small, and the wifi is terrible bad.
