Perfect, friendly and helpful.

Liked: Stayed in the family room for 1 night, whilst visiting my brother. Friendly staff, Tracy, on reception, was friendly and very helpful, as were all the staff. Thank you for a lovely stay, my 2 daughters want to come again.

The stay was fine but...

Liked: The room was very spacious. The breakfast was very good plenty of choice.All the staff were very nice.
Disliked: The room was very hot and the radiator valve didn't work so could not turn it off.We opened the window but we was on the ground floor right next to the outside patio were people gathered and smoking.If l was to stay again l would make sure l was in a room totally away from the room we stayed in.

Leeds break

Liked: It was very efficiently run, with polite, attentive staff. The room was a bit tired and the hotel was obviously very busy.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The desk staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Also, the restaurant coped with my unexpected party of 6 for dinner, with no booking, when the main room was booked for a huge function. Very much appreciated.
Disliked: No points to make here.
