Disliked: Super place could do with training staff in the level of service required to the level of the hotel , couldn't t pour Guinness !!! ,got an absolute terrible breakfast at 10 am bacon was cooked at 730am I m guessing!!!leather !! Reheated sausages definitely.

Liked: Double rooms were very spacious, very well decorated and the bathrooms were very nice. I travelled with my elderly mother and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The food was very good and the Guinness was exceptional. It was quiet on a night and the beds were clean, comfy and the linen was lovely. The location to Cork and the main highways is very convenient. The choice for breakfast is very good, it's freshly cooked and was delicious!! Can't wait to return!
Disliked: The smart tv's are not the best in terms of standard channels but I logged into my Netflix on the TV so it wasn't an issue.

Liked: It was my daughter's birthday and they put balloons and cakes in the room, really added to the stay, would highly recommend anyone to stay as the rooms are impeccable and food is outstanding.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Staff were super friendly! Room was beautifully done. Ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay. Food was fine. Reasonably priced. Again, really nice team
Disliked: Not really a complaint but corridors weren't heated, and it was cold in the restaurant both nights we ate there. Could have just been us not used to such cold weather!
