Liked: Both receptionists on arrival and departure were poorly trained. Neither had time to make eye contact, to tell me about the area or to answer questions about the facilities in the hotel
Disliked: The room was roasting; I tried to turn the radiator off but was unable to. My room faced out on the back of the hotel where trucks began unloading material from four am
