Liked: The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. I ordered food for takeaway from the restaurant downstairs and they had it ready for me on a beautiful tray in 10 minutes. The airport shuttle was super convenient as well! I have stayed here twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed both stays!

Good location for Cork City...

Liked: Location, staff, breakfast, bar food, you can easily walk to airport terminal even with bags. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Mentioned at check out, it takes AGES for hot water to come to the bathroom taps, also some issues with bathroom door swinging back and hitting the bath. The bedroom was a little tired and in need of refurb. An overnight B&B has become very expensive here.

A surprisingly nice hotel to...

Liked: Lovely spacious room. Good service at check in. an an excellent range of food well priced at the New Yorker restaurant.Very curteous staff during my stay
Disliked: Service from the bar a little slow.
