Liked: Hotel staff was accommodating & welcoming. The location was perfect, and the facility has so much personality! I will definitely be coming back to stay longer. Excellent value as well.

Disliked: Checkout was at 11:00am. At 11:00 on the dot, there was a knock on the hotel room door. Before we got to the door to open it, the door to our room was already being opened by the staff. My wife was not fully clothed as we were getting ready to leave the room for checkout. Very rude to do that to a guest at 11:00 exactly. Within 5 minutes, we then received a call from the front desk. Although I understand the need for hotel management to have guests check out in a timely manner, I've never been rushed like that before and won't go back.

Disliked: Parking. A bit confusing on where hotel parking was versus other businesses in the complex.

Liked: I love the history of the building. We stayed on the 4th floor we had high ceilings which was really cool. But beds were comfy the room was big. And spotless
