Liked: This is a beautiful, well kept hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and everything worked perfectly. It is a great location as well.

I had a nice night...

Liked: I like the ambiance it had and the dark feel. You could tell it had some history behind the property. Also the women that checked us in was very friendly.
Disliked: The only complaint I had about my stay was how thin the walls are and you can everything from rooms above and around you. I was on the second floor and the room above us had small children. We heard full conversations from the room and heard the kids running around. Luckily once they were asleep it was quiet from the room.

Disappointing stay

Liked: The building itself is wonderful, a refurbished 19th century cork factory. The renovation was done very tastefully. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: The reception left a lot to be desired. Worst of all was the short announcement that there was no way of having a morning cup of tea or coffee in the room, except for going downstairs and get it from the lobby. There was no breakfast either, none, not even a muffin or bagel. They showed us a list of breakfast places to choose from, not much help if you're not familiar with neighborhood.
