Disliked: Dark and dingy throughout NO POOLCan hear people across the corridor, through obscene gaps in the doorCan also hear voices crystal clear via the ventilation Very uncomfortable mattressMy first ever bad review, it takes a lot for me to this far but it had to be done. For the money charged, it is awful

No meet the expectations

Liked: It has a god location
Disliked: The most necessary services as WIFI or phone signal were so difficult to get, at least in 1st floor. Also, there wasn’t A/C, security box neither external noise isolation.

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The hotel is very old. Definetly needs an upgrade. There was no ac in our bedroom. The room was super small and the fitted carpet didnt look so clean.

Bad

Great location, however, substandard environment

Liked: This hotel is located at very good location and have access to transit and stores easily. The Monument to the Revolution and Reforma is only 4 or 5minutes drive away.
Disliked: There was a smell in corridor and facilities in room was not up to hotel standards. There were working on installing new elevator during my stay so hopefully elevator experience should improve. They don’t provide many toiletries, hence make sure to take some your own for you stay.For parking, there is manual gate which one of their workers needs to open and close for your car, hence be prepared to wait for few minutes. I would recommend keeping your expectations lows from this hotel
