Liked: Awesome breakfast, very nice staff, clean and spacious room.
Disliked: There is nothing around - restaurants, cafes, stores, etc. Center is easy to get to, but once you are back for the evening, there is no going out for a nightcap or a snack, other than the hotel itself. Walking around doesn't feel safe because the streets are deserted. Nevertheless, this was a small inconvenience compared to how pleasant the hotel was overall

Deceiptful, spa and pool are...

Liked: Looks nice on the inside.
Disliked: Deceiptful. There is no pool and spa, they are a separately paid facility.Location is hard to get to Amsterdam centre, quite expensive for the location.

Liked: It was comfortable, very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was great.
Disliked: There were no shampoo and body lotion in the shower, only empty bottles which was very inconvenient. As soon as I notified it to the staff, they solve the problem quickly. The bathroom door and the door from other rooms were opening/closing very loudly, which kept waking us up during the night.
