Liked: It’s always clean and staff is helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast until 9, but at 8:45 everything was being taken down. Wanted another cup of coffee and some juice before I checked out.

Liked: Was overcharged by hotel for a night that was rescheduled. Then charged $30 more for early Check-in. Have not been refunded for either when I was told I would recieve one. for S80.00 and $30.00 Bookin com can you please refund me all I didn't Stay there.

Disliked: Not clean, very dim hallways and breakfast area. Terrible breakfast, sofa sleeper couch was so worn out, couldn’t even sit on it. No outlets bedside

Disliked: I thought check out was 12. It was 11. I showed back up at hotel after being out all morning at 1115 and my clothes were in the office. My 40 dollars worth of food that was in the refrigerator was gone
