Liked: It looks like it has potential upon arrival. During the day it’s quiet.
Disliked: My room not as advertised. I added a night that room not as advertised. Both rooms filled with noise and smoke at night. My second night there I had non stop knocking on my door all night. I was also sick from the smoke that was coming into my non smoking room. I am stage 4 asthma so this did bad things to my breathing. You add in I didn’t get the rooms described. Not happy. If I didn’t know better with the way this place sleeps during the day and the way it is awake at night. Well seems fishy to me. Non smoking place also fills with smoke while place. Rooms are not sound proof. There are not slippers and robes most amenities are a lie like room service. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! Traffickers!

Liked: "They did let me check in early, but only after giving me a lot of attitude and making me feel terrible for even asking. I was e-mailed by a very friendly person, and I was very impressed by how kind and accommodating they were until I got to the hotel and realized they were not the same person. She was rude, overworked, and insisted I hadn't been told I could check in early, even though I had it in an e-mail which I showed her. I needed to check in early to rest my leg, which I can't walk on very well, before we went to the event we came to town for. She did let us get into a room, but she was not happy about it. :("
Disliked: "Pretty much everything! The photos were extremely outdated, and the room had a smell. The so-called sofa bed in the room was broken and caved in. The ceiling had a Walmart bag wrapped around some sort of fixture (maybe the smoke alarm) with a giant hole in it. There were holes in the walls and stains on the chairs and the couch. It is very possible they just haven't been cleaned ever, or at least not very well. To top it all off, we discovered a cockroach. Where there is one, there are likely many more, and if they came home with us, you will certainly be hearing about it, as they are nearly impossible to get rid of."
