Disliked: The room smelt like a fire even with the window left open. there was no hot water and when we got some it did not stay hot. The bed sheet had a red substance on it also.

Liked: Friendly staff! The hotel is outdated, but staff is doing the best with what they have to work with. Quiet area out of the traffic area. It was very cold outside, and our room was big and warm.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and needed more pillows. Breakfast was only waffles and cold cereal, and needed a few more options (some fresh fruit, cereal bars...ect, cheap options).

Our day was extremely awful...

Liked: The room was dirty. The breakfast was nonexistent. There was no syrup for the waffles. There was no milk for the cereal. The juice was watered down very inappropriate. There was no documentation for checkout. I’m very very disappointed and to have this hotel under the Quality banner makes it even worse!! I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again and at this point I suggest no one else stay here either. My expectation was below average.
Disliked: I didn’t like the room around the toilet look like it had blood. Behind the beds had not been swept. The walls look like they had never been cleaned ever. Even saw a bug in the bathroom.
