Our day was extremely awful...

Liked: The room was dirty. The breakfast was nonexistent. There was no syrup for the waffles. There was no milk for the cereal. The juice was watered down very inappropriate. There was no documentation for checkout. I’m very very disappointed and to have this hotel under the Quality banner makes it even worse!! I will never ever stay at this hotel ever again and at this point I suggest no one else stay here either. My expectation was below average.
Disliked: I didn’t like the room around the toilet look like it had blood. Behind the beds had not been swept. The walls look like they had never been cleaned ever. Even saw a bug in the bathroom.

Liked: Comfortable updated room. The flooring bedding and mattress were new and very comfortable.the price for the room was exceptional. Room had a microwave and refrigerator that both worked well.
Disliked: The toilet took several flushes to remove anything. A Breakfast was advertised but not available. An unadvertised $50 deposit was required at check in. Still not sure if I was charged for this or not. Would double the room price if I was

Liked: The price is normally OKThe size of the rooms
Disliked: Hmm.. stomach ache, oh maybe I should find a toilet quick. Had your movement look around, No Toilet Paper.. not even one square.Now all relaxed, shoes off, legs stretched out, from the corner of your eye you pick up something moving quick, nah nothing,wait feeling something on my foot. Geez did I get up quick! 3 little mice, 2 on my foot and 1 moving so fast he was constantly tripping himself.What a relaxing day.Oh pest control to be here Monday

Liked: The space of the room was above and beyond expectations. And the breakfast was good!
Disliked: It was really good for the entire stay.
