Liked: I liked the location - it was very central to the CBD. The undercover car parking was also excellent. The room was very comfortable.
Disliked: This is the second time I have stayed here and the staff have always been amazingly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one staff member I encountered on the front desk this visit was extremely rude. I had asked for extra bath towels as did not realise my stay did not include housekeeping (I checked my booking but could not find where it stated this). Firstly she told me she had already given someone from our room more towels (she had not) and then she told me there was a dryer I could pay to use if my towels were wet. She advised there was a charge for more towels which I offered to pay. She then gave me two towels and told me I wouldn’t be charged this time. Whilst I didn’t have a problem if I needed to pay, I felt her attitude dampened the stay as everyone else has always been so friendly.

Disliked: I don’t get the wifi password when I checked in.
