Liked: The staff at the reception are very welcoming (Alicia, Thibault & Christiane)As well, at the dining restaurant, Maria and Clara were always smiling and provided excellent assistance to all guests.Zohra was very helpful and did her best to make our stay comfortable.
Disliked: 1. The pillows were not very clean and had an unpleasant odor.2. The hotel carpet looks quite old and dirty.3. The bathroom curtains were very dirty and in need of cleaning or changing.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with Exceptional...

Liked: The staff members were exceptional and friendly; one even offered me her own bandaid when I requested one. The room was charming and beautifully decorated. Although we didn’t have breakfast, the settings and aromas each morning were warm and inviting. Additionally, the location is just a two-minute walk from the metro station. I would definitely come back again.
Disliked: If I had to choose one issue, it would be the thickness of the walls. They were not as soundproof as we had expected, and we could clearly hear the morning cleaning activities and doors closing. However, this shouldn't be a problem if you tend to wake up early, before the usual morning cleaning schedule begins.

Wonderful city hotel

Liked: Really beautiful hotel. Beds were so comfortable. Lovely design. Staff were wonderful. Fabulous breakfast.
Disliked: Wish that there had been a shower as well as a bath and that there was a big light to illuminate the room as well as the lovely lamps.

A hidden gem in Paris

Liked: Amazing greeting from the front desk, extremely helpful staff - we were given a room upgrade and a lovely glass of wine. The breakfast was very good and hearty. Very easy to sleep - no noise at night.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: They upgrade our room to better view. Thank you to Thiabaut especially.Cleaning was very well. Brand of the soap and shampou were high quality.Location was very safe.
Disliked: Room was little bit small and there was no refrigerator.

Liked: Perfect spot, beautiful rooms and outstanding breakfast. Very close to metro station Italia.Nice staff and clean rooms with very nice rain shower.
