Best hotel I’ve stayed in!
Liked: Wow! This hotel was amazing. We loved everything about it. The area, the room, the staff - all amazing.

Exceptional
Liked: Comfortable room with great shower room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Very friendly staff. Great location close to public transport.
Disliked: No wardrobe in room, just drawer and open rail with coat hangers.

Good stay at Place d’Italie
Liked: Good option for Paris. Near restaurants, a mall and the metro. But quiet at night. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Passable
Liked: The hotel is very beautiful and calm, really enjoyed the greenery inside and the theme. We were also upgraded on arrival, which is always nice. Surroundings are fine and quiet too, but you can hear the metro in the room. Lots of transports nearby and good options to have a meal.
Disliked: Lost 1 shirt + 1 t-shirt (both white) during room cleaning. I believe because they were confused with towels, and it was not malicious in any way. Nevertheless, no one found the shirts in the next days and the staff was never too concerned about it either, which is clearly disappointing, specially in a 4 star hotel.

A comfortable, welcoming hotel in...
Liked: The room was compact but very comfortable and really well equipped. While it was small (as to be expected in a city like Paris) it contained everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfy and the location quiet but close to the metro so it was very easy to reach all the major tourists spots.

Would stay again
Liked: Front desk staff are excellent, very helpful. Compact quiet room had an VG bed. View across the street and old school gives a nice view of area. Was on 5, so scored a small balcony>>Used as a fridge. Location is very useful. @ Blocks to to Place d Italie with its restaurants, Metro connections, etc. Nearby Gym is Drop in 10E. Room door solid helped cut down hall and elevator noise
Disliked: Classic room dimensions are typical "tight" for Paris Boutique. Move with care. Desk Chair seat cushion was old and failing, Unfortunately walls appear to be thinner than one would wish. Noisy TV late the one night. No room Fridge. Elevator a lil slow on occasion. Unfortunately Hotel staff upset when they prompted a review and I indicated they were going to get an 8. I don't give 10's, plus it is a boutique hotel with limited amenities.
