Liked: There is a lot of dust in the rooms, and in the club room lounge, which we were told it was for breakfast only, should a club room not have more facilities, also a sign outside the dining room that said from 2-6 was happy hour, we were told this was not the case, so why is the sign sitting there? The waiter in the club lounge where we took breakfast was ever so grumpy, he was over the top grumpy, could not say hello, how are you, or a goodbye, front desk staff were very nice, one girl in particular Alina or Alisha something like that, could not have been nicer, she went above and beyond for us with transport, even printed it out for us. If you ask her about the 2 ladies who had not a clue only for her doing all for us, she will know who you mean. I really hope she is recognized for this , she has to be the friendliest person working in there, got a taxi and showed us everything. Such a nice employee.
