Disliked: Poorly trained, distracted staff. As a very regular customer I was appalled by my experience this time! From check in to check out and everything in between was a let down. Bathroom was filthy with mould, minor requests which have not been an issue for the last 4 years staying here were a problem this time. Actually left angry and will probably change hotels now. Have always loved for the convenience and beautiful view but actually way over priced for a very tired hotel!!

Liked: Location - close to the harbour promenade.The room layout, size and renovated condition were nice.
Disliked: I was disappointed to find the toilet seat was not clean upon arrival.When I encounter situations like this, where I need to contact housekeeping or even consider cleaning it myself, it significantly impacts my overall experience. First impressions are crucial, and this, unfortunately, left a negative one.The common areas appear old and somewhat run down.

We will definitely be back.

Liked: The views are magnificent. Thoroughly enjoyed the view and watching the boats. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Loved the location, the view, the great bar and restaurant and lovely staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning in the building wasn’t working so the room was very hot even with the fan on and the ranch slider open wide.

Liked: Super view from the balcony. Facilities in the room were excellent, with comfy chairs and kitchen area. Staff at reception very helpful about local restaurants.
