Good hotel. In need of...

Liked: We booked a harbour view room and the view was great
Disliked: The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Stains on carpets, scuffed woodwork are not what I would put in a 4 star category.

Superb

Liked: We had a great time. One of the bar staff members called Michael was a great help, and he was great with us, myself, and my 7 year old daughter and also with other customers from what I overheard.

Disappointing stay

Disliked: The corridors and rooms looked run down and in need of a refreshThe parking was not obvious on arrvial, which meant checking in and then driving to the parking location - this could have been highlighted on the website

Outstanding view

Liked: Sea View. Beautiful bed comfy so warm
Disliked: The phone wasn't connected I informed staff and it took 2 days for me to figure out it was plugged into the wrong socket. The staff never did anything about it. The reception said they would get on to it.The jug leaked. Ran out of tea .
