A busy place and yet...

Liked: I liked the swimming pool, the apartment, the staff, and the other guests along my corridor who were all sociable and quiet at night. It is wonderful to have onsite parking.
Disliked: I had to pay for the breakfast and I must say it was delicious and I really enjoyed it. The veggie sausages were especially good, as I like English breakfast but not with sausages.

Exceptional

Liked: Great facilities. Restaurants both really good.
Disliked: Beds were too soft as were pillows

Liked: Lovely pool. Great Indian meal. Friendly staff. We just stopped over on our way to a family event in London , Had a great night .Breakfast good too.

Pleasant, business-like and I would...

Liked: I had a pretty reasonable stay, no complaints but it wasn't outstanding. Staff were pleasant, welcoming and efficient, hotel interior was OK and food was reasonable
Disliked: Nothing that was in control of the hotel apart from having to pay for the use of the pool despite being guest of the hotel.
