A nice convenient stay in...

Liked: Location of the property was very convenient as you could walk a couple of blocks to get into the main core where all the shops and restaurants were. The harbour was right in the same area as well. It’s also convenient to get to the airport by bus on the Main Street that runs through Queenstown.
Disliked: Nothing to note.

Liked: The room was clean. Location was convenient to the main area of the wharf. Just a steep walk home. Breakfast was nice. A lot of people and cold food. Food wasn't refreshed enough. Wasn't a cheap stay either. Could have picked better.
Disliked: It was very complex to find the room it required at least a 5 mins walk. No lift the reached our floor is was so low down. Hotel had a lot of rooms but felt like the dungeon. Room was very very outdated. Parking was along way from room too. Staff would not consider a change of room.

Disliked: The room needed refurbishing. The carpets had stains on them the bedding was stained. The bathroom was very small. We were not even given complimentary water for our stay. The price we felt was very expensive.

Liked: Location and View was great.
Disliked: Room was expensive for what it was. Understand it was the QT marathon so an opportunity to make the most of it. Bathroom is tiny and the toilet is far too close to the wall. The bed, however, was very comfortable, pillows not that great.
