Great value for money

Liked: Great location , close to lots of shops , good price
Disliked: Constant messages , emails , just too much 8 am in morning messages about checking out I must have had at least 5 emails / plus texts

Liked: Good central location although not able to find the hotel car park so parked in Sainsburys
Disliked: Parking not easy to find

Liked: Breakfast was good but you had a problem with your heated breakfast cabinet. So we were limited.we have stayed with you many times.It won’t put us off

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and pleasant. Very close to shops, restaurants, pubs and the train station
Disliked: The bathroom door would not close properly, even when pushing it shut with mine and my partners full body weight, we simply could not get it to shut. A fire alarm went off at 1:30am, however I understand this is no fault of the hotel and did not affect our stay!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything about this place was so chilled and relaxed. All the staff were polite and helpful. Never waited for anything. Room service is great. Will be coming back in the summer.
Disliked: There was no sun, hence coming back in the summer. There wasn't anything we disliked.
