A great value hotel that...

Liked: It was very central to city centre for shopping in the day and theatre in the evening.

Superb

Liked: Clean facilities and friendly staff.Car park available on site .Easy access to university 2 minute walk away.
Disliked: Nothing negative.

Very good

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as it is very close to the train station.
Disliked: The bed wasn't very comfortable, made sleeping difficult.

Below expectations

Liked: Location.Public areas are nicely decorated.
Disliked: Staff not particularly friendly. I asked for a room not next to lift. Got given one just adjacent to it.Noisy room. Can hear a lot, resulting in a poor nights sleep.Dated rooms.
