Liked: Great location to train station and concert hall.
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn't providing cool air so the room was hot and stuffy. Out dated taps; shower stiff to turn on.

Liked: All the hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. The lady who cleaned the rooms was exceptionally helpful.
Disliked: The Breakfast wasn't replenished quick enough. There were no eggs, hash browns or tomatoes for at least 20 mins when we went down at 8.15am which was disappointing and this was a fairly quiet time.

Disliked: threats, with fines on all issues stopping at hotel.

Extremely convenient to walk into...

Liked: The car park was a bonus. Easy to pay for and convenient as we drove into the city. A pleasant surprise to have a view over the river from our room?
Disliked: Didn’t like having to run water for several minutes before it became warm. Hate that wastage. No indications in our room to explain the shower must be run through the bath taps first before it became even tepid.

Disliked: The bedrooms were freezing. When I put the heater on it made a clicking sound all night. Kept me awake. The quilt was extremely thin. More like a summer quilt. I had to put a coat over us to keep warm. No spare quilt available
