lovely river views hotel was clean and tidy

Liked: Great location to train station and concert hall.
Disliked: Air conditioner wasn't providing cool air so the room was hot and stuffy. Out dated taps; shower stiff to turn on.

Liked: Located on the Tyne with beautiful views. Really nice large sized room with doors that opened onto the balcony. The whole place was really clean. The staff were all really nice, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There's not a lot to dislike to be honest. It is an additional £12.50 per day to park in the adjacent multistorey car park. There are other carparks close by that are slightly cheaper.
