The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.

Disliked: Staff; room; facilities; parking.

Liked: The food was the poorest element for me .Lack of variety in the menu and reliance on self service at breakfast. The toaster regularly burnt the t.oast

Lovely stay

Liked: The location was good and within walking distance to more food/restaurants and shopping (Merry Hill mall). I also had a lovely view of the canal and the size of the room was good for my family. The hotel staff was friendly and very attentive.
