The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.

Disliked: Staff; room; facilities; parking.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant (wish I had not eaten as much the day before so I could have enjoyed more of it). Despite being full to the rafters there qwas plenty of car parking too

Liked: I loved the room, it was large with a beautiful bathroom, your normal facilities like tea, coffee, tv.. it was nice.. the bar and restaurant was nice but I would say it was a bit overpriced for what you got, but most of the food was nice except for the burger that I had, the stuff on the burger was nice but the chicken was way over done and dry, but other than that it was really nice.. I would say to just go to eat central in merry hill or go to weatherspoons over the road.. the swimming pool was nice and warm, also they had a hot tub which was nice.. we had a massage which was really nice, would definitely go and have one again.. overall really great stay, would recommend..
Disliked: not much I didn't like, the only thing I would say is that the food was a little overpriced for what it was and the chicken burger that I had was dry and over done but everything else was amazing..

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and the staff was all friendly and helpful
Disliked: Our room was over the car park and there was an event on in hotels function suite.We found it to be very nosey with people and even after the event had ended still heard people coming and going to the hotel

Liked: Restaurant is a bit soulless, but food was ok, nothing special. Breakfast is good value but all self service
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit grubby, black mould round bath, toilet seat loose poor quality towels.
