The staff are truly outstanding! Accommodated my every need. The head chef Rob worked with me on my dietary requirements as a competitive bodybuilder which was over and beyond. It had been a long time since I’ve stayed in hotel with service and staff of this calibre.

Disliked: Staff; room; facilities; parking.

Overnight in Dudley.

Liked: Nice room. Great shower, but bath filled up fast due to slow draining.
Disliked: To be honest the food wasn't great.
