Liked: staff were so helpful allowing us to park the car and register it before 15.00hrs check inNothing was to much trouble for the staff very helpful with local information.
Disliked: we were happy with our stay

Hard bed but amazing staff.

Liked: The food in the restaurant was some of the best I’ve had in years. The lamb hotpot was outstanding.It was with the star that t he hotel really shone. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff, everyone was so friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Disliked: The bed was very hard and the bathroom could do with updating.

Liked: great location good access room and friendly staff ..good little bar area too
Disliked: food on the evening was very expensive and the fish and chips were small and very greasy but not too bad

Liked: Staying for work so just needed a room. Very comfortable and spacious.

Liked: Great location. Lovely hotel with excellent customer service. Everything spot on!
Disliked: Pillows a little hard.

It was an average stay...

Liked: Unfortunately the breakfast was cold and I had to ask one of the staff to heat my not so hot breakfast up. I waited ages for an egg. The food was stale, the muffin and just not value for money.
Disliked: Definitely kept the food hot and topped up.
