Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, let us check-in early on a rainy day, location wasn't too bad, easy walking to / from city centre.
Disliked: Terribly over priced at $450.00 a night, room was in need of a make over and the bathroom even more so sadly.

Great location, friendly staff

Liked: Tap in shower was broken, paint peeling in bathroom, room 311. Staff lovely at all times, good beds and location.
Disliked: Some minor repairs , maintenance and larger coffee mugs to make a cup of tea.
