We were at HMT for panto, so our stay at the Copthorne made a lovely end to our stay in Aberdeen.

Liked: Beds were so comfy; room was clean; welcoming staff were execllent.
Disliked: None.

Very enjoyable

Liked: The Staff and the meal at night was good .
Disliked: Bfast . Had to wait ages for a fried egg to be cooked. It spoilt my cooked bfast.

Christmas cheer

Liked: Super staff who took time to speak to you even when very busy as hotel Christmas party was on. Spacious and well organised room. Very good breakfast with range of foods including gluten free.

Liked: Very modern and clean.
Disliked: Hotel was generally too warm and the room was really too warm. I turned the heater off when going in but was still stuffing.

Good

Liked: room nice and clean. Good breakfast. And the restaurant on site for dinner was good too. I stayed on the 4th floor and at night there was a funny noise. I asked about it and it was sorted, turns out it is the kitchen fan if left on. Staff were happy to help and sorted it quickly.
