I'll stay here again when...

Liked: The room was very clean and very spacious. I've stayed with my daughter and husband with my 4 year old granddaughter. It was really comfortable. Plenty of parking . Not too far from Legoland and Windsor Castle. Will definitely recommend it for familyGood job Mark, he was working at the reception on his own when we arrived, and he was handling it well, like an excellent juggler he was. Friendly and professional. Cheers, Mark, at the reception!
Disliked: The breakfast was very good and good options, maybe just cook the bacon a bit more ( just a little bit more). Excellent eggs.

Liked: V Convenient location for Binfield. & wider area. V smart reception. Great bedroom. V good restaurant (breakfast & dinner). Pleasant staff.

Not unpleasant but not great...

Liked: The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were lovely
Disliked: The pub needs a full refurbishment and so does the pool. The food in the pub was expensive and awful

Liked: Spacious room, accommodating for larger families. Pleasant atmosphere and dining experience.
Disliked: Gym hours could be longer.

Liked: Very welcoming and professional staff. I loved that I was able to use the facilities before and after check in. The breakfast had a good selection and was yummy. My bed was comfy as well, I had a great night’s sleep. Some of the pool facilities felt a bit tired e.g. jacuzzi often seemed to turn on for a sporadic period of time, sometimes 2 mins and sometimes 10pms and the sauna wasn’t in use.

Passable

Liked: Newly refurbished large room with excellent modern bathroom. The well kepts fish tanks on every floor are a real highlight. Good choice for families visiting Legoland.
Disliked: The pool area was rundown and poorly maintained, with broken entry stairs. Restaurant seating and carpets were stained by children. Housekeeping must be requested, but our room lacked the necessary door sign. When I raised this, one receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Extra supplies like tea bags and toilet roll were handed over begrudgingly.
