Liked: It was just incredible. Fantastic staff, beautiful hotel, was a fabulous stay.
Disliked: The only small thing was the pool was so cold. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel so that was a shame.

Liked: Room was lovely so much better than when I last stayed. Had trouble keeping room warm though.
Disliked: Cold room. Attended event at Apres but it was such a nightmare getting in and the doorman who insisted on women taking jackets off after standing in the cold for half an hour was a joke! If you are staying at the hotel you should be allowed access from hotel not have to stand outside. Wrist bands could be given when you check in.
